A new master's program in contracts and commercial law this fall will offer students the opportunity to build their legal skills and prepare to practice. The LL.M. in Contracts and Commercial Law offered at the University of Pristina Law Faculty is an accredited, two-semester program taught by local and international faculty in Albanian and English languages.
Courses include Commercial Contracts, Company Law in the EU, International Practices in Execution of Judgments, Insurance Law, and Bankruptcy Law. The Program's international faculty will lecture via a new distance learning lab located in the law faculty. A Moot Court seminar in international commercial arbitration will enable students to practice legal research, writing and oral advocacy.
Applications will be accepted shortly; placement is currently available for up to 60 students. The program is open to both local and international law students and graduates.
