Outreach

Rapidly raising the “Culture of Contract” in Kosovo, and the mechanisms to facilitate its growth, requires a sustained outreach and public education effort. The SEAD Program works with the news media, the business community, judicial institutions, universities, and schools to help citizens understand that all of these areas are essential to increased economic growth and job creation, the Rule of Law, and to Kosovo’s European future.
